Why one-time instead of monthly? +
Your event isn’t a subscription. Pay once per event, with 30 days of storage included and paid extension after. No renewal emails, no locked features.
What happens if we reprint the QR? +
You don’t need to. The QR destination is editable — point it at photos, then seating, then thank-yous — without reprinting. One reusable event QR is included in every plan.
How does guest access work? +
Private gallery is unlisted — only guests with your QR or link can open it. You choose when to share.
How do photo top-ups work? +
If you need more Event Photos, add another 500, 1,000, or 2,000 photos without changing your guest plan or Media Bundle allowance — +500 for ₱999, +1,000 for ₱1,799 or +2,000 for ₱3,199. There is never surprise billing.
What counts toward the Event Photo allowance? +
Photos processed through the main EveryYou photo experience count toward your Event Photo allowance, whether they are uploaded by guests, the organizer, or through photographer bulk upload.
What is included in storage? +
30 days of storage is included in every paid plan. After that the gallery locks and paid extension is available — nothing is deleted without your consent.
What happens if we exceed the guest allowance? +
Guests get +10% grace at the door, so a few extra faces won’t break anything. If you go beyond that, step up to the next band or talk to us about a custom plan for more than 300 guests, multi-day or corporate events.
What does the Media Bundle include? +
The Media Bundle lets each guest contribute up to 5 Memories photos, 1 voice message, and 1 video greeting. It costs ₱1,999 per event with Celebration and is included with Signature at no additional charge.
How does photographer bulk upload work? +
Signature supports photographer bulk uploads for large event galleries. Photographer uploads use the same 3,500 Event Photo allowance rather than creating a separate photo quota.
